In real life, Rose Lemberg is an assistant professor of Marginal and Nostalgic studies at a large Midwestern university. In surreal life, she writes fiction and poetry for the sole purpose of throwing it at slushpiles. Her fiction was last seen at Strange Horizons, Fantasy Magazine, and GUD. Her poetry popped up at Abyss & Apex and Goblin Fruit, among other venues, and has been nominated for the Rhysling award. She edits Stone Telling, a magazine of boundary-crossing poetry.
