News: Pushcart Prize nominees!

Tuesday, November 28, 2006

We're very excited to have published some excellent work this year. Because we want to share these stories and poems with the world, we've nominated the following pieces for the Pushcart Prize:

"Sundown" by Debbie Moorhouse
"One in Ten Thousand" by Athena Workman
"The Doctrine of the Arbitrariness of the Sign" by Shweta Narayan
"Past Due: Final Notice" by Kenneth Ryan
"Pepé  in Critical Condition" by Tomi Shaw
"She Dreams in Colors, She Dreams in Hope" by F. John Sharp

All six of these pieces appear in the inaugural issue of GUD Magazine, which will be available shortly!

Congratulations to these authors!
- reddit, digg, facebook, stumbleupon, etc... please! ;)
